Thank you for shopping with The Turquoise Phoenix! We’re so glad you’re here! Each order is thoughtfully packed and shipped with care from our home base to yours. Below you'll find all the details on how we get your goods to you.

🕒 Processing Time

- Orders are processed within **1–3 business days**.  
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  
- During launches, sales, or holidays, please allow a bit of extra time — we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following U.S. shipping options:

Standard Shipping** – 3–7 business days — FREE on all orders

 Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  
Please allow up to **48 hours** for tracking to update after shipment.

🛑 Shipping Delays & Issues

Please note:

The Turquoise Phoenix is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or customs.

If your package is marked **delivered** but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once an order has shipped & has left our care it then becomes the sole responsibility of that mail carrier service. Any damages, delays, or lost items are NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. You must report & file claims with the particular mail carrier service selected.

📍 Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address?  
Email us at theturquoisephoenix@outlook.com with your order number ASAP.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.  
Once it’s in transit, changes can’t be made.

If The Turquoise Phoenix receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost for the second shipment to the correct address. 

You will receive an email from theturquoisephoenix@outlook.com if we have run into this issue with your order. 

An invoice will be sent for the additional shipping cost of a new label, and must be paid promptly. Your order will not ship until the invoice is paid.

Wrong Items Received

If you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to theturquoisephoenix@outlook.com  WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

We will review this email and send a prepaid label for a return.

You have 3 BUSINESS DAYS to ship the return back to us once we have sent you your prepaid label.

If the items are not sent back within those 3 business days the item(s) will no longer be accepted.
